Reserved Seats

As a Dilithium Pass holder you’ll have the comfort of knowing exactly where you’ll sit each night with a reserved seat for the Main Show performances in the Royal Theater.

The Explorer of the Seas Royal Theater offers incredible sights and sounds from every seat in the house, and soon you’ll be selecting yours! Please carefully review this page in its entirety, even if you have previously participated in the Dilithium Pass program, to ensure a smooth selection process.

Dilithium Pass holders will have the opportunity to select Reserved Seats beginning 12/4/24 at 10:00AM Central Time, and all seat selections must be finalized by 12/13/24 at 4:00PM Central Time.

There are two ways to select your Reserved Seats:

1. The fastest and easiest way to select your Reserved Seats is doing so online.

• When the selection time arrives, log into your Star Trek: The Cruise account (Not Royal Caribbean).
• Click SELECT SHOW SEATS. Select your Main Show Time (1st Show or 2nd Show).
• Enter your unique token (this will be emailed prior to the selection time).
• Select your preferred section of the theater (Lower Orchestra, Upper Orchestra, Balcony).
• Select the seat(s) you wish to reserve.
• Select ADD TO RESERVATION and you are done!

2. Contact a Reservation Specialist for assistance over the phone.

• If you are unable to select your seats online during the selection time, a Reservation Specialist will be happy to assist you over the phone by calling 844.335.6515.
• Please note, wait times may be increased due to a higher call volume at this time.

• To enter the Main Theater, Dilithium Pass holders will line up on Deck 4.
• A dedicated Dilithium Pass line will be available, allowing priority access to the theater starting 30 minutes prior to the start of show time.
• If you do not line up in the dedicated Dilithium Pass line, you may enter the theater with General Admission (approximately 20 minutes prior to show time) but will not have priority access when entering the theater.
• Dilithium Pass holders with accessibility needs/have difficulty navigating stairs should complete the Accessible Seating Form HERE.
• Those who complete the Accessible Seating Form will enter the theater on Deck 3.

• Verify you can successfully log into your Star Trek: The Cruise account HERE.
• If you have not yet created an account, please select SEND ME MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION and follow the prompts. Do not select create a new account.
• Review the map of the Royal Theater HERE. Seats in YELLOW are able to be reserved. Seats in BLUE and GREEN are not available to be reserved and are available for General Admission and Accessible Seating.
• Verify the time difference! Selection times open at 12/4/24 at 10:00AM Central Time – Know the difference in your time zone!
• Watch your email! Your unique token will be emailed to the Primary Account Holder (listed above) approximately one hour prior to the start of the selection time.
• Dilithium Pass holders are not REQUIRED to select a seat. Those who do NOT select a reserved seat during the assigned time are welcome to any available General Admission seat.
• The seat(s) selected will be your assigned seat for the duration of the cruise for all Main Theater shows (with the exception of Open Seating Shows).
